Our Summerleaze Ale is named after quite possibly Bude’s most famous beach and the site Barrel Rock. Making our beer, the barrel that rocks. It’s also the beach where the ship Bencoolen met it’s fate and where Bude’s famous Sea Pool is located.



Black Rock is named after a beach on Widemouth Bay. This rich Porter is smoky and malty with notes of chocolate and Dandelion & Burdock. Goes great with red meats, cheese and evening BBQ’s. Yeghes Da! (Cheers)

Neet Light Ale 3.7%

Named after the river flowing through Bude town. This light bitter has an elderflower scent and is extremely refreshing with a citrus aftertaste.  This ale offers the lowest ABV in our range Enjoy chilled. Yeghes Da!

Porthbud 4.0%

Porthbud is a light hoppy ale with Cascade and Pioneer hops giving passion fruit aromas and dry hopped for an extra hit of citrus and cedar.

The Barrel itself can be seen on its post at Summerleaze beach to this very day. Yeghes Da! (Cheers).

This Beer is can conditioned.. Full of hops and passion.

Haven 4.2%

This Amber Ale has hints of coffee and citrus and packs a hoppy kick from the late addition of Chinook hops. Best enjoyed chilled… Yeghes Da!

Seasonal Specials

Trihorn Christmas Ale 5.1%

This ale will appear a dark ruby color. With chocolate, Smokey flavors from start to finish with hints of orange, spice and cedar notes this ale is at a very warming 5.1% and will help keep you warm in the cold over the festive period.



Pepperpot Winter Ale 4.7%

This winter warmer is brewed with the finest English hops and yeast with some special spicy ingredient’s to give you that truly unique and warming taste.



Pendeen Spring Ale 4.4%

Brewed with the brewers 4 favorite American hops from each year, this pale to golden ale packs a punch in bitterness aroma…Taste varies each year depending on hops used.
